What you need

Only four things. You probably have them already.

• A device. A computer, laptop, tablet or cell phone.
• An internet connection.
• Sound. Speakers or earphones, so you can hear the presenter.
• Your email. Your joining link is sent there.

That is all. No software to buy or download. A camera is optional.

How it works, step by step

Before the day

1. Book and pay online. Or email us the registration form.
2. Check your email. You will receive your Zoom joining link by email.
3. Can’t find it? Look in your spam or junk folder.
4. Keep that email. You need it on the day.

On the day

1. Switch on your chosen device. A computer, laptop, tablet or cell phone. Check that your internet is working.
2. Turn up your sound. Or plug in your earphones.
3. Open the email with your joining link. Do this a few minutes before the start time.
4. Click the link.
5. Zoom lets you straight in. You do not need to download Zoom. Downloading it is optional.
6. Type your name or company name.
7. That’s it. You’re in.

During the webinar

1. Sit back, watch and listen.
2. Ask questions. Yes, you can ask questions.
3. Your camera is up to you. On or off, both are fine.
4. We do the rest.
